March 1980 With the increase of franchise chain stores in Kinki area, the Hokka HokkaTei Osaka business head office was established at 7-14-18 Fukushima, Fukushima-ku, Osaka City with capital of 3 million yen.
Jan. 1985 Hokka-Hokka Tei Sohombu Corp. adopts three-area (East, West, Kyushu) head office system. Our company belongs to Kansai head office.
May 1986 Company name was changed to Hokka-Hokka Tei Kansai chiiki hombu Corp., and the head office was moved to 6-9-11 Fukushima, Fukushima-ku, Osaka City.
Jan. 1989 Company name was changed to Kansai Hokka-Hokka Tei Corp.
March 1990 New company building was established at 3-14-29 Fukushima, Fukushima-ku, Osaka City and the head office was moved.
Nov. 1992 Asahi Butsuryu Corp. was established (30 million yen capital, 100% investment) (Presently is a consolidated subsidiary)
July 1993 Company name was changed to HURXLEY CORPORATION
Sep. 1995 Increase in capital to 383,034,890 yen
Feb. 1997 Established Kaizuka rice milling plant (Kaizuka City, Osaka)
March 1997 Moved the head office to 5-9-6 Fukushima, Fukushima-ku, Osaka City
Sep. 1997 Registered the stock to Japan Securities Dealers Association and the capital became 1,189,034,890 yen
Nov. 1997 Established Asahi Toyo Corp. (Presently is an affiliated company accounted for by the equity-method)
Nov. 1999 Increase in capital to 4,000,234,890 yen
Feb. 2001 Listed on the second section of Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange
Sep. 2001 Hokuo Food Service Corp. was made into an affiliate
Sep. 2004 Listed on the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange
Apr. 2005 Training center was established at 3-10 Tsurunocho, Kita-ku, Osaka City and head office was moved to the same facility.
July 2005 Hanshin Commissary was established in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Pref.
June 2006 Hokka-Hokka Tei Sohombu Corp. was made into an affiliate (Presently is a consolidated subsidiary)
Oct. 2006 TRN Corporation was made into an affiliated company accounted for by the equity-method
May 2008 TRN Corporation was made into an affiliate (Presently is a consolidated subsidiary)
Feb. 2011 As a result of agreement on stock deal issued on Dec. 7 2010, TRN Corporation became a wholly owned company with our company as its parent company
March 2012 As a result of restructuring of consolidated subsidiary group (TRN group), 4 companies - TRN Corporation, Tenpo Ryutsuu Net, Inc., TRN Assets and Tenpo Support System were merged and TRN Assets became its surviving company. The name of the merged surviving company was changed to Tenpo Ryutsuu Net, Inc.
June 2012 The name of Hearts Grant Food Service, a consolidated subsidiary, was changed to Hearts Food Service. Operating a hamburger restaurant Kisara
April 2013 Two consolidated subsidiaries, Asahi Butsuryu and Hearts Food Service, were merged and Asahi Butsuryu became its surviving company
April 2014 The name of Asahi Butsuryu was changed to Asahi L&C
Oct. 2015 Hokka-Hokka Tei Sohombu Corp. were merged.
July 2016 The name of Hokuo Food Service Corp was Changed to ALFHEIM
Sep. 2017 In the merger of consolidated subsidiaries Tenpo Ryutsuu Net,Inc. and Tenpo premium,Inc. , Tenpo Ryutsuu Net,Inc. was established as the surviving company
Oct. 2017 Taking over take-out boxed lunch services from consolidated subsidiary Kagoshima Shokuhin service Corp
June 2018 Beginning to offer laundromat services
Dec. 2019 Ajikoubou Suisen Corp. was made into an affiliate (Presently is a consolidated subsidiary)
Feb. 2021 ALFHEIM FOOD SERVICE Co.,Ltd. was split off from ALFHEIM Co.,Ltd. a consolidated subsidiary, and all of its business was transferred to the newly established company.All shares of the newly established company were transferred to MANDAI Co., Ltd.
