1980s

  • Mar. 1980

    With the increase in the number of franchised stores in the Kinki region, we established the Hokka-Hokka Tei Osaka Business Division, with capital of 3 million yen, at 14-18, Fukushima 7-chome, Fukushima-ku, Osaka.

  • Jan. 1985

    Hokka-Hokka Tei Souhombu Corp. is divided nationwide into the eastern, Kansai, and Kyushu regions, and we have introduced a three-region headquarters system to oversee regional headquarters within the region. We become the Kansai Regional Headquarters.

  • May. 1986

    Changed corporate name to Hokka-Hokka Tei Kansai Regional Headquarters. At the same time, the head office was relocated to 9-11, Fukushima 6-chome, Fukushima-ku, Osaka.

  • Jan. 1989

    Company name changed to Kansai Hokka-Hokka Tei Co., Ltd.

1990s

    Constructed a new building at 14-29, Fukushima 3-chome, Fukushima-ku, Osaka, and relocated the head office.

    Established Asahi Logistics Co., Ltd. (now ASAHI L&C Corp. with capital of ¥30 million and a 100% stake). (now a consolidated subsidiary)

    TRN Corporation(current Tenpo Ryutsu Net,Inc.) became an equity-method affiliate.

From the 2010s

  • Feb. 2011

    The Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary following the share swap concluded on December 7, 2010, with us as the parent company and TRN Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

  • Mar. 2012

    As a reorganization of the Group's consolidated subsidiaries (TRN Group), TRN Corporation, with TRN Assets Co., Ltd. as the surviving company, and the four subsidiaries of Tenpo Ryutsu Net,Inc., TRN Assets Co., Ltd., and Tenpo Support System Co., Ltd. were merged. The merged company changed its name to Tenpo Ryutsu Net,Inc.

    Asahi Logistics Co., Ltd. merged with two consolidated subsidiaries, Asahi Logistics Co., Ltd. and Hertz Food Service Co., Ltd., as the surviving company.
